Licity and Marla, thank you for sharing your stories, your words, and your journey with all of us.
This week’s episode reminded me that our dreams and visions are a reflection of our greatest joys, passions, and “aha!” moments. It’s up to us to trust that inner fire and inner vision, and to stay on our path, even when we’re not sure where our next step will lead. Have faith, and keep moving forward.

Licity Collins is fearless. In today’s episode, Licity shares a story that is a memory from a few years ago. The woman in the story, and the song that she sang to her, taught her how to be in joy. She was a force of joy. Licity so beautifully shares a spoken word piece, and a song - and you’re going to want to turn the volume up on this one!
NPR’s Here & Now described her as “writing and singing full frontal.” Fox News.com called her music, “Lyrical, intense, intimate and relatable...that listeners may see as a mirror into their own lives.” Licity may be one of the few artists who can claim profiles on both the liberal NPR and conservative Fox News, proving that in this time of harsh divisions, Licity's passion bridges audiences and touches people in that place we all share—the place she embodies—of raw, honest, fearless emotion. Licity believes there are no wrong notes and as a result has a gift for allowing herself to be raw and honest in her performance, striving for authenticity over perfection. In this way she becomes a fellow traveler with her listeners, placing herself not above them on the stage, but walking next to them as a companion on their journeys. Marla Goldberrg is an Energy Healer, Intuitive, Speaker, Teacher, International Best Selling Author, and Host of Guided Spirit Conversations podcast. In today’s episode, Marla shares her journey with fear, and overcoming it. You’ll never have regrets if you make the effort, and there’s no such thing as failure because everything is a step towards growth and expansion.
Her mission and purpose in life is to inspire, motivate and educate her clients and all that she connects with through her books and podcast, through the use of her tools and techniques to help them enhance or shift their life circumstances.
Marla began her spiritual journey during a very difficult time in her life she was forced to evaluate her choices and what direction her life was taking. During this time of evaluation, she serendipitously met her first teacher at a women’s conference. As Marla sat through her presentation, she resonated with everything that she said. By the time her talk was completed Marla knew that she would be attending her school.
During her three years of attendance at Inner Focus Mystery School, she was trained in 14 different healing techniques. Following my graduation of Inner Focus, she continued her education by learning additional techniques. To date, Marla has been trained in over 20 healing modalities.
In addition to her practice with clients, Marla is a contributing author in 2 best selling books, one becoming and International best seller. She has also authored her first solo writing endeavor: My F*cking Long Journey to Loving Myself: A Guide to a Shorter Path. Marla also host a podcast, Guided Spirit Conversations.
