The first episode in our new storytelling series.

I'm over the moon about this new series, and I'm so honored and excited to share your stories, in your words.

When I started this podcast, my intention was to create a space to share, connect, and grow.

Sharing, connecting, and growing takes courage, and the willingness to step into our vulnerability and authenticity.

It's about fostering a deeper understanding of who we are - but in order to do that, we have to share our story and our truth, the way we choose to share it.

So many of us hide from who we are.

So many of us stay hidden.

So many of us step forward.

But it isn't easy - the fear of vulnerability, can get in our way.

The truth is, our vulnerability is our greatest asset.

Vulnerability is courage.

Vulnerability is strength.

Vulnerability is power.

Vulnerability is how we're going to continue to grow our voice, and build this community.

The three stories featured in today's episode are honest, raw, vulnerable, brave and courageous.

I'm so honored to share their stories.
