I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

I’m a life coach and podcast host. I personally transformed my own life from feeling over-stressed, unhappy and unhealthy at one point to now living my life of true joy, fulfillment, and mindfulness and I love to help other women to make that kind of life-changing transformations.

I facilitate a free live virtual workshop called #IamRemarkable where 100% of past attendees walked away with a confidence boost, feel free to connect with me to get in the next workshop or host a workshop for your company.

How did you get started?

It’s funny how before I started formally coaching, I didn’t even know about life coaching as a career. I was always asked by others how I am so positive, how I do it or why I don’t need support etc. I realized that I have the natural superpower to turn any negatives into positives.

What inspired the work that you're doing?

I have made many bold moves in my life to create a more aligned and fulfilled life and I hope to inspire as many women as possible. It brings me so much joy when I help improve the life and mindset of others.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

Now my passion is on helping women in a transitional phase of life and take them to the next best version with strategic goal setting and mindset transformation. I feel like I’m living my passion and purpose because I wake up each morning able to smile and walk into the day with positivity.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

When I start working with my clients, I always have them make a joy list, listing down all the activities that bring them joy and I am most joyful when they tell me they have done something from that list. For me personally, I’m happy when in nature, traveling, listening to music or watching a good comedy movie. And anytime I feel down, I go listen to a powerful motivational speech on YouTube.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

My daily non-negotiables include eating three meals on time, meditating at least 20 minutes, and journaling daily gratitudes. In addition, a practice that I added last year was to journal my daily wins, which made a big difference in feeling more empowered and going to sleep like a winner. No matter how small your wins are, celebrate them.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

“Lucy, you’re so different now, but you amazed me and I love it.”

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

When I was younger, I survived off of the “Life Goes On” mentality. I believed as long as I’m still living and breathing, life will go on and everything will be ok. Now, my favorite quote “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, which is why we call it the present.” My email signature is “There is always a way and more blessings are coming your way!” Because these mantras are rooted in every fiber of my being, I’m able to be the unshakable optimist that I am.

What is your biggest dream?

It was sad I stopped dreaming in my twenties, waiting for retirement and death because I wasn’t living my purpose then. In recent years I’ve started dreaming again. Goal setting and dreaming isn’t about chasing something until you have it, it’s about having fun along the way. I’m dreaming now to become a International Bestseller and Motivational Speaker, I’m making baby steps towards making it happen and most importantly having a blast on the way.
