I’m excited for you to connect with Lisa, check out her work and her podcast, and follow along as she continues to empower women through fitness, health, and everything in-between.

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

Hi! My Name is Lisa, and I am a Certified Running Coach, Health and Wellness Coach, and Podcaster. I empower women through fitness and health and everything in between. Currently, I am working on a running diaries series within my podcast. This is where I will talk more about my personal life and how running helps me.

How did you get started?

I started podcasting during the pandemic in 2020. Initially, I was only going to discuss running. However, when I brought in guests it started to take on a life of its own. I realized how other elements of our lives have an impact on our fitness and health journey. So, the podcast became this one-stop shop to feed your mind, body, and soul where you will be getting the information you need to help you eat healthy, start a running program, and learn how to love yourself!

What Inspired the work you’re doing?

A lot of my inspiration comes from my own personal experiences and my journey on overcoming self-limiting beliefs and learning to love myself. I don't want another woman to feel that she is alone or that she's not able to overcome life challenges. The podcast is to not only validate a woman's struggles but to empower her to believe that she can overcome them.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose? My biggest passion is to empower women, and I am most definitely living my passion and purpose. Every time I hear a woman tell me her story, I get that feeling inside. I call it this "zing." The feeling that I am meant to be doing exactly what I am intended to do on this earth. I feel this through the podcast and through my coaching. If I can help a woman learn to help herself rise, I rise, and we all rise.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

Spending quality time with my mother and my daughter. Feeling that generational feminine power with them is fire! And, of course, feeling free, clear, and empowered when I run.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

It takes those moments during life that you need to take that step back and ask yourself, "Do I like where I am? Am I okay?" And if I am not okay then what am I willing to do to change it. This is a practice that I do while I am running, meditating, or journaling.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

She would not believe it. I was shy and feared life! If you were to tell her that I was a running coach and was an open book with my life on a podcast, she would be in shock. And then after the shock died down, she would be hopeful and proud.

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

I am LOVED!

What is your biggest dream?

Oh wow..there are so many! LOL. But, if I was to choose one, my biggest dream would be that my voice and the voices of many through my podcast would continue to empower women in the masses. So that when my daughter grows up, she will be in the company of such fierce, independent, vulnerable, and strong women that she will never feel alone.
