Julia teaches programs based on client needs including ease of movement, increased mobility, pain and stress-reduction, weight loss, fitness, lifestyle education and implementation, as well as sustainability in daily schedule and self-care protocols.

I’m so excited for you to connect with Julia, check out her work, and follow along as she continues to to help others change their relationship to food, and how to have fun in the kitchen, try new recipes, and introduce new foods - all to make you feel as great on the inside as you do on the outside!

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

I am a private chef & culinary wellness/nutrition consultant. I own my own cafe in the east village call The Organic Grill and my company is Health Chef Services located in NYC.

It all started with my Grandmother. Her love of food and trying new recipes is what brought me into the kitchen in the first place, and it’s what helped me cultivate my passion for developing recipes and food solutions based upon a healthy, sustainable, and supportive lifestyle. I remember coming from summer camp requesting a long list of foods for her to make while I watched, mesmerized by her skill, passion, and creativity in the kitchen. At eight years old, I was making sauerkraut and other fermented foods with her (before I knew how amazing fermented food was for our gut!) and I learned how to chop, grate, mash and sauté all before I was 10.

At some point or another we’ve all made a decision about eating, but I’m here to show you that your story isn’t over, and you can change the way you view and relate to food! Don’t get me wrong, learning something new is challenging, but that shouldn’t stop you from going farther along your journey to wellness. I want to teach you how to have fun, try new recipes, and introduce new foods to your diet which will make you feel as great on the inside as you do on the outside.

As a health and wellness consultant, yoga enthusiast, personal chef, and restaurant owner, I teach classes all over NYC, and have even been recognized in several media outlets for having created on of “The Best Veggie/Vegan Burgers in NYC!” I can make a pile of vegetables into a mouthwatering burger option, so I promise that I can teach you how to make food that’s both healthy and delicious! Contrary to what many believe, “good for you” and “good flavor” are not mutually exclusive.

My hears as an executive chef and restauranteur have afforded me the unique opportunity to develop a perspective from both a teach er and student’s standpoint, which I take with me when working with each of my clients. I work to craft dynamic programs based on individual needs regarding movement, increased mobility, pain and stress-reduction, weight loss, fitness and lifestyle education.

You have the power to write your own story and develop the healthy lifestyle that will bring out the best version of yourself, and I want to help you get there. My goal is to inspire you to make the right decisions based on your health, your body, and your life. Join me and book an appointment today so I can help you take the first step towards your best self!
