Their company is the first ever spiritual beauty and skincare brand - and every product they develop is created to balance your mind, body and spirit. They incorporate maya medicine and gemstones to align and cleanse, and all of their products are created by healing hands instead of machines.

Hi, we are Erika and Maria from Baiser Beauty a spiritual skincare brand dedicated to promoting self love and healing through holistic products for the body and soul.
How did you get started?
Baiser beauty was born 5 years ago when the two of us wanted to explore a more conscious lifestyle especially on beauty.
What inspired the work that you're doing?
We became much aware of women becoming and object of consumerism for the industry, certain processes for beauty and wellness products included animal cruelty and harmful chemicals and we wanted to make a shift on how women view themselves, we wanted to offer a more spiritual foundation to beauty and wanted to empower women through connecting them to their own power, their soul and their true unique self and nourish it with simple, yet pure and respectful formulas based on the traditions of maya medicine that is part of our heritage. And this idea pushed us to start.
What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?
Our biggest passion is having a conscious business that can heal and empower women and by working everyday on this, it gives us the opportunity to live our purpose to the fullest.
What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?
Not taking life too seriously and the fact that we can share our days together, solve any challenge that comes along the way together, makes our journey super fun and joyful.
How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?
We are very passionate about encouraging one another to live as conscious as possible so that we can reflect our best selves. We try to meditate every day, set intentions, be grateful and responsible for everything that we reflect into our lives.
What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?
She would be really proud.

What is your biggest dream?
Continue to empower our passion project and giving back until it gets bigger than life.
