Lessons in Knowing Our Worth Beyond Productivity with Nicole Swartz

Nicole Swartz joins us to share a lesson she’s learned about knowing our worth beyond how productive we are, in both her career and personal life, the growth that came from this experience, and the joy she’s found. Her reflections, honesty, and vulnerability will leave you feeling inspired, and remind you that we are so much more than the businesses we build, the promotions we do or don’t receive, and how successful we might appear from the outside. What matters is who we are, and not what we achieve.

Nicole Swartz is an attorney for women business owners. She helps women start and grow their business with formation, contracts, trademarks, copyrights, and funding. Nicole is featured as an expert in Forbes, the Washington Post, Girlboss, and at events like Alt Summit, Craftcation, and SXSW. She lives in Austin, TX with her husband and two pitbull rescues, Gator and Russell.
