Happy #SeekTheJoy Tuesday!

You might remember Elana from the inspiring conversation we had two years ago (you can check that episode out here!) was beyond excited to sit down and have another fun and inspiring conversation with Elana for Seek The Joy.
In this week’s episode Elana shares what she’s been up to since we recorded in 2018, the inspiration behind her new book, her writing process, and what writing her first book taught her about herself. Elana shares her journey finding what’s next, creating a five-year plan and why her book focuses on career, finance, wellness, and relationships, cultivating self-care on a deeper level and why she placed such a strong emphasis on mental health in the book. Plus, Elana shares her insights from quarantine, trusting that you’re doing enough, her biggest dream, and so much more!
