Lessons in Self-Love & Spirituality with Carol Mae Whittick

Carol Mae Whittick joins us to share a lesson she’s learned about the beautiful and powerful connection between self-love and spirituality, and how so much can change in our lives when we take a moment to acknowledge, appreciate, and celebrate our own self-love and growth. We talk about the growth that came from her experiences with self-love and spirituality over the last year, and the joy she’s found in the journey. Carol’s reflections, honesty, and vulnerability will leave you feeling inspired, and remind you that we can truly nourish the deepest parts of who we are, if only we give ourselves the chance.

Carol Mae Whittick is the Creator, Host and Executive Producer of the podcast, HER Conversations - Tools For The Awakening Woman. HER is an acronym for Higher Energetic Resonance. Launched in 2017, the show is a platform for the voices of powerful women from around the world. “I am grateful for every conversation”, says Carol. “Each woman’s wisdom inspires me to push harder for my vision and answer the whispers of my intuition.
