Sandra Daniele - Chief Wildflower, Wish on Wildflowers
Sandra Daniele
Sandra Daniele is the Chief Wildflower behind Wish on Wildflowers -Life Enhancement Coaching for Women. Wish on Wildflowers was created as a safe space for women to fully explore the dreams they hold in their heart, uncover their truths, and show the world how beautiful and unique they are without the fear of judgement.
In addition to the one on one coaching she offers her clients, Sandra is currently working on a group coaching program for women that reviews Clarity, Connection, Confidence and Choice in their life.
For years Sandra questioned her life and wondered how other women could seem so happy. She wanted confidence, happiness and to wake up with a feeling of purpose. Sandra has been on a road to rediscover who she is after leaving a 10 year marriage and losing both her parents to cancer. She knew it was time to start over and start really living her life, and that’s exactly what she did. Sandra holds her Certified Professional Coaching Certification earned through the Co-Active Training Institute(CTI). CTI is widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. She is also recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a professional coach.
I’m so excited for you to connect with Sandra, check out work, and follow along as she continues to connect with women and have powerful conversations that truly highlight their unique personality so they can remember what makes them happy.
I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.
My name is Sandra Daniele and I am the Chief Wildflower behind Wish on Wildflowers -Life Enhancement Coaching for Women. Wish on Wildflowers was created as a safe space for women to fully explore the dreams they hold in their heart, uncover their truths, and show the world how beautiful and unique they are without the fear of judgement. I am currently working on a group coaching program for women that reviews Clarity, Connection, Confidence and Choice in their life. In addition to the one on one coaching I do.
How did you get started?
I wanted and craved more in my life. More freedom, more creativity, more happiness. I wanted to stop living small and start living an expansive life. I wanted to uncover everything that made me unique and amazing and share that with the world. I was not sure what that would look like or really what that even meant. My journey landed me in a yearlong coaching certification process through Co-Active Training Institute. The learning process forced me to embrace change, face hard self-realizations, learn to be vulnerable and get uncomfortable before growth, trust and authenticity showed up.
What inspired the work that you're doing?
The idea for Wish on Wildflowers started with my own journey of self-discovery. There was a longing almost an ache in my heart that told me there was more to life than just fitting in with the outside worlds’ expectations. I had spent most of my life lacking self-confidence wanting to be accepted and do the right thing. I finally woke up to the realization that I needed to do the right thing for me. I want other women to follow their heart, live their passion and find their WoW.
What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?
My biggest passion is to share with women all over the world how amazing, beautiful, and unique they are just like a wildflower. I am passionate about sharing the message that wildflowers (women) need one another and that when we are all rooted in the field of life it is in our coming together that the world clearly sees our magic, beauty and strength. I have hardly begun to fully live into my passion and purpose. I feel like I am still surveying much of the land yet planting small seeds as I go. There is so much opportunity for beauty, strength, and magic to grow within all women.
What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?
I feel joy when I am following my heart and creating what resonates most with me. I have been blessed with an amazing son and our shared time together with love, smiles and laughter brings me the most joy.
How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?
I was raised Catholic and believe in God so my faith guides my intentions. To stay mindful and grounded I start my morning with journaling and reading passages from a variety of books. Exercise is a must for sanity and prayer always ends my day.
What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?
My younger self would and is thanking me for the work I have done and the work I continue to do. She is proud!
Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?
“Feel the fear and do it anyway” is something my Mom always said. It has stuck with me and is the root of my survival. No matter the situation that saying always seems to have relevance.
What is your biggest dream?
My biggest dream is to create a world-wide program that teaches families and children about self-love, confidence, kindness, and honor. If we could all learn to love and accept ourselves it would remove our judgements of others and create more understanding of one another. What a beautiful world that would be.
