Natasha Gillyard is a sensuality and mindset coach for feminine entrepreneurs, and her mission is to help you get out of your head so that you can show up confident, sexy, and empowered in your business.

Natasha’s work is inspired by her own journey tuning back into her body. By paying attention to her body, she anchored herself to her inner wisdom, creativity, pleasure, and personal power. She began to navigate her life with a quantum state of holistic well-being, and her mind, heart, body, energy, and soul were nourished again. She began living in the truth that she is worthy, and everything changed. Natasha’s experiences developing her sensuality & mindset has allowed her to support women in business to reconnect to their sensuality, ditch the old stories their inner mean girl has told them, and step forward with renewed confidence and faith in themselves so that they can reconnect to their body. It’s a journey Natasha has loved.

Through sharing her journey, Natasha is inspiring other women to follow their dreams, and tune in to their bodies, all while empowering themselves along the way. I am so excited for you all to meet Natasha, learn more, and follow along on her journey of inspiration, passion, and joy!

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

Hi y'all!  My name is Natasha Gillyard and I'm a sensuality + mindset coach.  I help ambitious, overwhelmed feminine entrepreneurs get out of their head so they can show up confident, sexy, and empowered AF in their business.  I'm currently working on a HUGE, exciting rebrand, and creating new, valuable content that my audience has requested.  Creating a sensual practice, the benefits of breast massage as a feminine entrepreneur, and managing stress/overwhelm through sensuality -- it's the best!

How did you get started?

I never thought about becoming a sensuality + mindset coach until my mindset coach pointed out my passion for sensuality in August of 2017.  Before then sensuality was something I was interested in and loved doing in my personal life, and I was a mindset coach at the time.  From that coaching call, I began the shift by envisioning and dreaming what sensuality + mindset coaching could look like. As I went through this transition and shared what I was doing, every single feminine entrepreneur gave me this reaction of "Whoa, I need that!", so I knew that this gift that I have is needed and I could help people with their sensuality + mindset too.

What inspired the work that you're doing?

It's primarily been life experiences that led me here. Having a strong, loving connection with my body since I was kid, my personal relationship with God, getting my masters in clinical mental heath, teaching pole dancing classes for fun, growing up abroad and seeing the world at a young age have been foundational to who I am and the heart behind what I do.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

My biggest passion is seeing the world, being creative, and connecting with people. Those are the things I want to look back on when I'm 80, and say "Wow, I have no regrets". I definitely know I'm living out my passion and purpose, and I expect what I do will evolve with that.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

My joy blueprint is connecting and creating!  What lights me up is spending time with my friends and family, traveling to immerse myself in different cultures, trying new foods, and attending art performances and dancing.  Anytime I get to share a new restaurant, see a local play, or dance for myself is a win!

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

Living intentionally for me comes with connection and being in my body.  Connection for me is being present with my thoughts and emotions, being present with the divine, being present in nature, and with my friends and family.  Being in my body is where my sensuality practice comes in, moving my body and calling my energy back each day.  My sensuality + mindset practice and fresh air helps me with all of those things.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

My younger self would be proud, and also wonder if this was real.  When I was nine I wrote that I wanted to be a writer and a dancer and when I was eleven I wrote I wanted to be a psychologist.  It adds up to what I'm doing now, and I think she would be happy to know that it happened in an unexpected way!

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

My go to mantra is my core desired feelings, divine feminine, affluent, magnetic, devotion, and togetherness.  I like to take a deep breath as I visualize each word, and it grounds me in the beginning of my day as part of my sensuality practice.

What is your biggest dream?

My biggest dream is to have an abundant business that helps thousands of feminine entrepreneurs, have the space and freedom to spend time with my family and travel, and do Oprah-level giving to Be the Match {the National Marrow Donor Program}, help save elephants, and support artists.
