Jenny Hale

Jenny, the owner of JH Marketing Results, started her first business at 19 years old. By 20, she expanded into marketing consulting for franchises and local businesses due to her first business’ success. She was able to help clients book out classes, move from part-time to full-time entrepreneurship, increase in-person event attendance drastically, and increase social media engagement by 50% in a month.

She branched out into PR and became a signed and freelance model and actress, which led to her love of the entertainment industry. By 21, she began managing bands and musicians, which led to booking clients as openers on world tours, live radio interviews, and features on local talk shows. (Too cool!!)

At 23, she became the youngest marketing director of an international program and began a strategy she had tested time and time again – building organic marketing and visibility campaigns that skyrocketed influencer status and thought leadership. Her campaigns went viral and reached millions overnight. By 24, Jenny was recruited to become a college professor, teaching social media strategy to students in the United States. At 25, Jenny was interviewed by USA Weekly and named a social media expert, but later that year, she faced a near-death experience.

She later decided to leave the corporate sector to pursue entrepreneurship full-time, re-branded her consulting business, and began living the digital nomad life so she could travel the world and follow her new life mission. Now, Jenny offers done-for-you visibility and marketing campaigns to established female online entrepreneurs who are ready to level up their business and change the world with their message through epic visibility and marketing campaigns. I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.

I'm Jenny, a visibility consultant, helping female online entrepreneurs get seen by their dream ideal clients and audience in 30 days (or less) with unique visibility marketing strategies. I offer done-for-you, rinse and repeat marketing campaign services, as well as self-paced online courses so you can DIY your own marketing, social media campaign, and PR strategy.

How did you get started?

I started my first business at 19 and booked out in a single season. By age 20, I was consulting for franchises, local businesses, and national businesses. I expanded to a marketing career working with national non-profits and corporate companies, where I was able to find patterns in marketing strategies that worked for large pages and small ones. I found that a lot of the strategies I used in corporate worked in the entrepreneurship online world too, but nobody was doing them. By the time I was 24, I was recruited to teach social media strategy at the college level and was named a social media expert in national media outlets by the time I was 25. Since then, I've been working with business owners to leverage marketing strategies that their competitors aren't using to position themselves as the expert and get visible faster.

What inspired the work that you're doing?

I live to serve others. I believe that the work you do should change lives. Leading with that mission, I ensure that I build online marketing campaigns that share life-changing information and results to not only my clients, but their clients as well. Lead with marketing from that place in your heart and soul, and the outcome changes drastically.

After I almost lost my life, I had to re-evaluate what mattered to me and where my priorities were. Now I get to travel the world and live a life of location independence and freedom, where I'm inspired every day by the people I meet, the places I see, and the creativity it gives me.

What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?

My biggest passion is traveling. My business allows me to be a nomad and I love working the laptop lifestyle from any beach, hostel, or city in the world. I am truly living my dream and I want other entrepreneurs to live theirs too.

What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?

I'm most alive when I travel. When my toes hit the ocean waves and I feel so small in a world so big, it's humbling. In entrepreneurship, sometimes you feel like you're just one person and you want to impact so many, but with one step into the water, you can create ripples in the waves - impacting the water just one toe dip at a time. I look at business that way too. You're meant to do so much in this life and the lessons you learn along the way get you one step closer to making even more impact.

How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?

I have embraced mindset, as I have seen how it changed my business once I got in touch with myself. I try to journal as much as I can and create daily to-do lists to stay focused. I also make sure that I don't get caught up in my old life of poor work/life balance, so I spend time away from my desk recharging and enjoying life while my business runs on automation.

What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?

My younger self wouldn't have even thought I could live this way. I was too afraid to take risks - too scared to take a chance. I'd been running businesses for years, dreaming of going full-time, and just wouldn't take the leap. It took a lot of guts and mindset work to get to this point. I remember a guy in college asking me what I wanted to do after I graduated and me responding that I wanted to be a CEO. He laughed at me. Getting to where I am now means fighting against a mold of society's expectations...anyone can do it, but entrepreneurs are brave enough to make it happen.

Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?

I've been loving the "you do you" phrase. To fully embrace success and being visible in your business, you need to be yourself. That means not hiding who you are, your story, your truth, your why, and your heart. So do you, and don't worry about what anyone else thinks. Find YOUR joy.

What is your biggest dream?

By golly, I'm living it.
