She is an expert in seeing, understanding and creating energetic strategy that will work for your business, based on your own energy. Amy has a deep knowing that truly there are no rules, and we are all here to carve out our own path and do it our way.

I'd love it if you'd introduce yourself, what you do, and what you're working on.
I am Amy Allchurch - I am a Human Design Expert and Energetic Alignment Coach for Entrepreneurs, helping them step into their individual power for more impact, income and to do it their way I am a Projector in Human Design, am a Mother to 3 Layla, Lucy and Hendrix (all Manifesting Generators)!
I am just wrapping up my Projector Power Paradigm, and Money, Magnetism, (sex) and Power courses and getting ready for some very exciting new things in 2020!
How did you get started?
I have always desired more in my life, knowing I am on a mission here to Lead others. I was a teacher for 10 years, and while pregnant with my third, went full time into my business. It started as Life and Business Coaching, as I saw such a need based on my own personal experience, and once I integrated Human Design into my life and Business it has changed everything!
What inspired the work that you're doing?
This deep knowing that there are no rules - that everyone is here to carve their own path and do it their own way, based on their souls desire.
Knowing I always felt resistance to running my business how someone else did, and felt so much shame and struggle with it, I knew there was freedom on the other side. I love watching people witness their own power, and actually SEE the results of their own authentic energy when they can trust it!
What is your biggest passion? Do you feel like you're living your passion and purpose?
Helping others lead themselves and soar with complete alignment!
Yes absolutely! I lead by example, by always going first. I absolutely love to watch Entrepreneurs rise and shift their business into a way that FEELS SO GOOD for them, and works FOR them, rather than working for their business to the point of exhaustion and stress.
What is your joy blueprint? What lights you up, brings you joy, and makes you feel the most alive?
Oh my goodness, my kids hands down! Every moment - their give me energy, they help me tap back into individualism, they bring me more joy through experiencing life through their eyes everyday. Their hugs...kisses, laugh...
I LOVE watching them experience the world, and naturally living their own Design and Alignment! I love being able to guide them and do what they're passionate about.
I love watching my clients, and even those who listen to my podcast have AH-HA moments and begin to shift their entire lives!
And truly experiencing my business as I desire it to me! All the feels!
How do you live intentionally? Are there tools/resources/practices that you rely on to help you stay mindful and grounded?
Meditation and connecting to God/Spirit has been very foundational for me. This comes in many different forms - running/exercise, quiet meditation, Church, prayers, journalling and of course, my own Coach.
What would your younger self think about what you're doing now?
This is wild and incredible. I would be so proud of myself because to be totally honest I didn't even know this could be a possibility.
Do you have a go-to mantra or affirmation?
It's all going to be OK. Because, it always is, the more I sink into deeper alignment, the more this is proven to me.
What is your biggest dream?
I live a wildly wealthy life in love, happiness, ease, impact and income. To watch my children be the fullest, freest, most self-expressed humans.
I give back to my family, and to live so no one else needs to worry.
