Pamela Delgado is the founder and CEO of Rawly Bold - a company designed to inspire, motivate, and empower women. It was always her goal to create a community where positivity is restored and our ability to dream and take action for our beliefs is at the forefront. Tired of the negativity in our world, Pamela decided to inspire, motive and empower through creating her favorite goods to make an impact. In fact, a portion of the proceeds from every sale is donated to Planned Parenthood, Everytown, and the ACLU.

Pamela always had a diverse set of interests - from sports to music - and for a long time she didn’t know what she wanted to do with her life. Her early 20’s was a huge time of trial and error, and she found herself in jobs she didn’t love. Eventually she found herself in a position she loved, as an international accounts manager for a Brazilian jewelry display company. Over time she found herself traveling on behalf of the company and doing trade shows in New York. She loved every minute of it. Her dream was to move to New York, and in 2012 after networking and pushing herself outside of her comfort zone, she quit her job and booked a one way ticket. She was terrified, but she had nothing to lose and she never looked back. Moving taught her how to survive and pick herself back up again. The recession was in full swing, and four months later she was laid off. She relied on the connections and community she made, and her willingness to push outside of what felt comfortable, and she found her next opportunity.

Pamela’s reflections on what it took to find a steady and dependable position that filled her up, will remind you that our career (and life!) journey is not linear - and it’s up to us to embrace our ups and downs to ultimately find our joy and passion. After becoming a mom in 2016, she decided to transition into another field, and after having her second child she was tired of her dreams being in the hands of others. She knew there was something more from her, and that knowing combined with her desire to create change and have an impact came Rawly Bold. The community she’s cultivating is out of this world (truly!) and there isn’t a day that goes by that she’s not reminded of its impact on her life. Words have a way of resonating - and her designs are filled with inspiration phrases that will remind you of the impact that you want to have in this world. It’s her hope that Rawly Bold inspires, motivates and empowers you to believe in yourself and your dreams, too.
