Mai is a creative entrepreneur, lifestyle influencer, and the voice behind Little Mai Sunshine, a lifestyle brand and sophisticated personal publication striving to openly share intimate conversations in various aspects of everyone's lives—wholesome living, mental health, personal style diary, travel, and simply everyday life—in an effort to help us all achieve a deeper connection with our realities and build healthier communities.
In today’s new episode, Mai shares her version of her story - in the form of a poem, “These Stars Are My Words.” She always believed that her mind was her enemy, a clutter mess of her triggers, anxiety and fear. She was always questioning herself, and it was an every day battle with the negative voices in her mind. She speaks so beautifully on nourishing our thoughts with love and positivity, and cultivating a powerful connection and presence with our thoughts and our minds. As Mai shares, we can find peace in our madness, and hope in our universe.
“I’m learning to be my own best friend and not just from an outside perspective but also to cherish meaningful inner relationships with my mind for all of its little intricacies and flawed moments. I’m using my art, my poems, to publicly display this intimate journey out loud in hopes of inspiring others to reflect on their own personal relationship with their minds.”
