She felt lighter, like something had been lifted, and in the coming weeks she started going deep in her meditation practice. Over night, she was able to start channeling and energy was moving through her. She knew she had to share these images, meditations, and guidance with other people. “One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that you don’t need to know the whole staircase in order to act on the inspiration that’s here in the moment. When I listen to those little guidances, there was a lot of fear, surrender, and me feeling like I was walking in the dark, not knowing what I was doing. But at the same, there was also this sense that I knew I was being looked after and I knew that I would always get the next step. Each time I took a step, I had that level of trust.”
